St. Anne's Hill - Historic District
St. Anne's Hill was designated an historic district by the city of Dayton in 1974 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. St. Anne's Hill is a small, approximately 12-block area of restored homes. The homes date from the nineteenth and early twentieth century and retain the feel of a turn‑of‑the‑century community. St. Anne's Hill is significant for both the quality and diversity of its architecture and for its position as the best and most intact example of an ethnic German neighborhood.
